House cleaning
A price is determined based on the m² of the home. This service includes the cleaning of the bathroom(s), bedroom(s), kitchen, living room, dining room and terrace.
Taking inventory
Great that you are going to rent out your home! To ensure that everything runs smoothly, it is important to keep an inventory. This way, the new tenants can immediately enjoy their new home without having to worry about missing items.
Meet & Greet
This service includes welcoming the tenants. Upon arrival, the key will be handed over and the necessary explanation will be given for the proper use of your home. When the tenants leave, we come on site to check the house and receive the key.
Rental linen package
It's great that you rent out your home regularly! To make sure your guests feel completely at home, it is important that there are enough linen and towels. Our linen package is therefore perfect for you! It contains 4 small and 4 large towels and bed linen for 2 bedrooms. Making the beds is included in the price!
