Safety
We ensure that your key is kept safe. Your keys are stored by number, the keys cannot be traced back to an address. The same applies to the alarm code.
Unforeseen checks
We work with a six-monthly or annual subscription. A six-monthly subscription includes 2 unexpected control interventions. An annual subscription includes 4 checks per year. (e.g. employees need access to your home, after storms, ...)

At DC Services we have great options for your home management.
Choose our keyholding service with 2 or 4 unforeseen control interventions.
Or go for our complete home management package, where we not only manage the keys but also carry out regular checks at your request.

What controls
STANDARD PACKAGE:
Check in & around the home: inspection for any defects or damage
Ventilating the house : all windows and doors are set up for the period that we are present
Electricity check : correct operation of indoor and outdoor lighting
Flushing sanitary facilities : all sinks (indoor and outdoor), taps, toilets and showers are flushed for a few minutes
Inspection of locks and alarm : locks are checked for possible burglary damage and the alarm is tested
Operation of roller shutters & sun blinds : the roller shutters and sun blinds are tested
ADDITIONAL SERVICES:
Swimming pool maintenance : the swimming pool is cleaned
Emptying mailbox & sending mail: the mail is collected and sent at the applicable rates
Watering plants : this can be done for both indoor and outdoor plants
Presence during work : if work needs to be done in or around the home, we can be present
Garden maintenance : we can maintain your garden on a regular basis
